in ventilated polyethylene liners. Weevil damage may occur during storage
and later; unfortunately it is not possible to remove infested nuts
by flotation before storage. The risk of incipient fungal infection
is increased by the absence of visible moulds on many infected kernels
although no mycotoxins have yet been observed on the marketed product.
